How to Order

ORDERING: Phone (360) 563-0376, FAX (707)248-0726, mail or email. You may use our ORDER FORM for mail processing.

PAYMENT: Cash, Credit Card, Cashiers Checks, Money Orders, PayPal, Personal checks gladly accepted.  Orders paid by Personal Check may have to wait to clear bank.  C.O.D. is shipped UPS, costs include C.O.D. fee plus UPS freight charges, and usually require Money Order.  Company or personal check C.O.D's must be prearranged when ordering.  All payments must be in U.S. funds.

SHIPPING: Standard shipping is the least expensive of UPS Ground or USPS - usually Priority Mail, as determined by Thumper Stuff.  Liquids must be shipped by UPS Ground. 
Standard shipping maximum charge within the contiguous 48 states will be not more than $15 for up to 15 lbs unless oversized.  For this, Thumper Stuff MUST have a street address that will be recognized by UPS.  Faster services are available for additional charge. 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  Available by Air Mail.  We will not "adjust" customs forms.  Phone Number is needed for customs.  Thumper Stuff reserves the right to refuse to ship to regions we consider to have unreliable mail service.

RETURNS: Must be authorized. Refused and returned orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

PRICES: Due to unstable foreign exchange rates on imported parts, and variable inflation, prices are subject to change. We will try to inform you of any changes when you order. Check the date on your price list.

LIMITED GUARANTEE: All parts are inspected before shipping. Our guarantee is limited to replacing the defective part. This guarantee is in lieu of all guarantees expressed or implied. The buyer assumes risks of any kind caused by himself or any other party by virtue of failure of any of these parts. We will pass on any warranties made by the manufacturer, who is responsible for the parts. We will not be held responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

DELIVERY: Thumper Stuff attempts to maintain inventories of the more popular items, however, we are unable to stock all variations of items listed in the catalog. We will advise the customer if delivery is anticipated to exceed one week.

WARNING: Some of the performance products listed in this catalog may affect the sound and emissions of the motorcycle. Not all products are DOT approved. Installation of some of these products may make the motorcycle illegal for use on any public highway. Many of the products are intended for closed course racing only. Purchaser assumes all responsibility to assure compliance with federal, state or local regulations, for street use.
